I have this photographer friend who is a little nuts about taking photos of the weather (he’d be the first to admit it…). He will jump in his car and drive all over the place to get shots of storms with their amazing lightning shows, microbursts, soaring cumulonimbus clouds (gasp! I used an awesome weather word!!) His name is Mike Olbinski. Perhaps a few of you have seen a little time lapse video he did of the massive haboob we had here in Phoenix on July 5, 2011.
